PLEASE HELP! What is the equation in point slope form of a line that passes through the point (−8, 2) and has a slope of 12 ? write a point-slope equation for this line.

Point slope is in the form y - y1 = m(x - x1)

substitute the values to get

y - 2 = m(x - -8), then simplify

y - 2 = m(x +8)
