Brenna charges $15, $30, $45, and $60 for babystting 1,2,3, and 4 hours, respctively. Is the relastionship between the amount charge and the number of hours porportional? If so, find the unit rate. If not explain why

15+15=30 ,30+15=45, 45+15=60.
