1/100,000,000 , note that 100,000,000 = 10⁸ , then:

1/100,000,000 = 1/10⁸
Remember that 1/aⁿ = a⁻ⁿ

Hence 1/100,000,000 = 1/10⁸ = 10⁻⁸

Answer:

10^(-8)

Explanation:

(1)/(100,000,000)

we rewrite 100,000,000 in power of ten.

We run the comma to the right and the power is positive

100,000,000= 10^8

When we have a power in the denominator of a fraction it goes to the numerator with the opposite sign

(1)/(100,000,000)= (1)/(10^8)\\(1)/(10^8)=10^(-8)
