Given the expression

3x + 3xy + 4 y^2 + 10x +6 + 7xy – 4 y^2 -5

Combining the like terms'

(3x+10x)+(3xy+7xy)+(4y^2-4y^2)+(6-5)

Solve the expression in parenthesis

= 13x + 10xy + 0 + 1

= 13x + 10xy + 1

Hence the answer after combining the like terms is 13x + 10xy + 1
