Since all of these equations have different slopes, it's easy to determine which is correct from points. Slope is rise over run, or delta y over delta x. From 3 to -4 is a delta x of -7. From -3 to 11 is a delta y of 14. Therefore the slope is 14/-7 or -2. B has a slope (m in y=mx+b) of -2, so it is correct.
