7•1000 + 2 • 100+9•1+3•1/10+6•1/1000
7000+200+9+3/10+6/1000
7209+300/1000+6/1000
7209+306/1000
=7209.306

the answer is the first one because 7 times 1000 is 7000, 2 times 100 is 200, 9 times 1 is 9, 3 times 1/10 is 3/10 or 0.3, and 6 times 1/1000 is .006.
added together, the number is 7209.306
