4(n+-3)=7+4n
The answer is really
4(n-3)=7+4n

Let the unknown number be x.
4(x + (-3)) = 7 + 4x
4x - 12 = 7 + 4x.
-12 ≠ 7
There is no equation cause this is cannot happen.
