Why was it easier for women to take part in the earlier stages of the reformation than in the later stages?

It is less demanding for ladies to participate in the prior phases of the Reformation than in the later stages on the grounds that in the later stages Protestant religions turned out to be all the more solidly settled and male pioneers limited and constrained ladies' exercises and demoralized them from being pioneers in the congregation.
