No irrational numbers are whole numbers. True or false and why?

That statement is true, irrational numbers are numbers that don't terminate or repeat. Pi is a common example of an irrational number and 1/3 is a common example of a rational number because it repeats.

Hi!

Irrational numbers cannot be whole numbers. In order to be a whole number, you cannot have any decimals or fractions. Irrational numbers possess these properties.

Hopefully, this helps! =)
