4.60%20=0.92 4.60+0.92=$5.52 Wrong Answer i am sorry i misread question

So, it is said that 20%=$4.6
With this information it's easy to measure how much are 100% by simply multiplying by 5 to get to these 100%.
$4.60*5=$23
