Since it has both x and y squared, it's a circle - the graphing equation would be x^2+y^2+y-6=0 and we'd then get x^2+y^2+y=6, then (x)^2+(y+1/2)^2=6+1/4, and the center would therefore be (0, -1/2) with the radius being sqrt(6+1/4)
