What is the value of this expression
1/4^−3?

It equals 64.
Flip it to 4/1^3 and you get 4•4•4 or 64.

The answer is 64.

the negative on the exponent causes the denominator to become the numerator. (it flips the fraction) and then you would cube the 4.
