Proportional: the same
6 / 36 = 0.166....
1 / 6 = 0.166...
So they are proportional.
You can also multiply/divide (depends) one of the fractions's numerator and denominator by 6 to get your answer.
6 / 36 = 6/6 / 36/6 = 1/6
1/6 = 1*6 / 6*6 = 6 / 36
