Why is it important for scientists to be open-minded, skeptical, ethical and aware of bias?

So that they do not sway the end result into personal or financial favor. Bias results are untrustworthy results. A scientist's goal is to prove something or disprove something in a reproducible format.

Scientists may be defined as the some one who performs the scientific research and has deep interest in particular area of research. The scientist test the various hypothesis to make them scientific theory.

The scientists must be open minded so there only knowledge cannot be limited and they have unlimited thinking power. The scientists must be skeptical so that they can arise question on their as sell as other scientist research. The scientists must be ethical as they should not sell their research for money and should not have greed. They must be aware of bias and do not produce fake results.
