Parents and society can nurture entrepreneurial skills in children by encouraging the following:

1. zealousness - letting children know that being a young entrepreneur isn't always "about the money" but more on being passionate in one's work. their goal must start with something that truly excites them.
2. confidence - a child that believes in his/her capabilities will reach great heights in their adult life. getting them to participate in chores and responsibilities at home boosts their self-esteem and their belief that they are able to contribute positively at home and later, in the society.
3. knowledge of money - working their way into getting the things they desire to acquire is a good way of instilling to young minds that "money does not grow on trees". it is also an effort to build their perseverance and hone their minds into achieving hard work.
4. knowledge on marketing - it may seem a little bit advance but simply basically, marketing is knowing who you want to sell to, why, and how. it requires creativity and strong communication skills -- skills that also make them better-equipped for the future.
