The most common symptom of having latex-induced anaphylaxis in an anesthetized patient is hypertension, and when struck by anesthesia, the patient will develop hypotension, psychomotor agiation, bronchospasm, dyspnea, and bradycardia. There will also be negative response to the ephedrine treatment. Worse, the patient would develop cardiorespiratory arrest.
