what would be the ratio of number of cans to the price at Super saver and price busters if a coupon for $1 off the total purchase is used?

I answered this exact same question for someone else so here is what I told them:

For Super Saver, the original price is 4 cans for $10 so with the coupon it would be 4 cans for $9. If you need price per can you can set up a proportion so 4x=9. This gives you $2.25 per 1 can.

For Price Buster, the new price is 3 cans for $8. You can also use a proportion for this one. This time it would be 3x=8. So about $2.67 per 1 can.

I'm assuming you have the same numbers as the other person. If they aren't the same and you still need help comment and I will change it to whatever numbers you were given.
