Step by step solution:

In the picture, we have a triangle divided into two triangles, these two internal triangles PHI and PHO, have the same measure of the hypotenuse and legs of the triangles, IH is congruent to OH (short legs of internal triangles) and IP is congruent to OP (hypotenuses of internal triangles), we can also conclude that the long leg of the internal triangles are congruent because they share this side.

Congruent means equal, triangles PHI and PHO have all their sides congruent, therefore they are congruent to each other.
