The range of your data points = 23.08 - 2.08 = 21.
So I would suggest to take 7 classes with 3 the inter classe range:
2.08 - 5.08
5.08 - 8.05
8.08 - 11.08
11.08 - 14.08
14.08 - 17.08
17.08 - 20.08
20.08 - 23.08
From here onward you can continue
