3x−2y=12

when x = -1;
3(-1)−2y=12
-3 - 2y = 12
-2y = 15
y = -7.5

when x = 1;
3(1)−2y=12
3 - 2y = 12
-2y = 9
y = -4.5

when x = 3;
3(3)−2y=12
9 - 2y = 12
-2y = 3
y = -1.5

when x = 5;
3(5)−2y=12
15 - 2y = 12
-2y = -3
y = 1.5

so answer is B. second choice
