an example is 21/99 or 7/33 which is equal to 0.212121...
the repeating digis are 21

a rational number can be written in form a/b where a and b are integers and b≠0

so
7/33
7 and 33 are integers
33≠0

and 7/33=0.21212121....

so 0.21212121 is a rational number which can be written as 7/33
