10 times greater means multiply it by 10

0.581 * 10 = 5.81 <==

when you multiply 10 times more than a decimal, you just shift the decimal to the right.

In this case, 10 x 0.581 will equal to 5.81

If it is 100 x 0.581 for example, then it will equal 58.1

hope this helps
