Madison is training for the upcoming softball season. She already has great cardio respiratory endurance but wants to focus on some of the skill-related areas of fitness. Define either coordination or speed and then describe how it will enhance Madison's softball abilities. this is a question were you need to write the answer pls give me that

Coordination is the ability to use different parts of the body together in a manner that is smooth and efficient. If Madison is able to improve her coordination she will be able to move with more purpose and would significantly lower the risk of falling and possibly injuring herself. The ability to control your body is helpful in all sports and life in general, after all you're only as good as your body. If Madison works on her coordination her game will dramatically improve.
