Find the area of the rectangle and the circle and subtract the cricle from the rectangle.(The radius is 1/2 the diameter, so you use 2.5 as the radius, but I checked with both formulas.
(LxW)-(pir^2)
(10x5)-(3.14*2.5^2)
50-19.625
30.375in^2 is the answer
