You have to learn the concept of place values. Each digit of the number holds its own value. The adjacent digits of the number differ with each other by 10 times. Starting from the leftmost digit going to the right, the order of place values starts from ones, tens, hundreds, thousands and ten thousands. Therefore, the number should contain a digit 7 on the 5th digit from left to right.
