16cup=1gal
so
16*8=128oz per gallon
13oz/min
alrighty
13oz=13/128gal
1min=1/60hr
(13/128gal)/(1/60hr)=(13/128gal)(60hr/1)=78hr/128gal
128gal/78hr=64gal/39hr≈6.09375
about 6 gallons per hour
