I believe it would be "Non, c'est le livre de Vincent" , I am bilingual and that is what we use. Because Voilà- means here, Oui,voici le chaier de pierre-means basically that's Pierres NOTEBOOK and Oui,c'est Pierre means- it's Pierre which makes NO SENSE. so the first option
