The letters T, I, I ,I, L, S, SA, K , B, Q, E, L and S represent the modern countries of the Ottoman Empire which are Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Libya and Sudan. It also spread to the Balkans in Europe. It took over hegemony from the Roman Empire in the Battle of Constantinople in 1453 and was in existence for 6 centuries right up to World War I.
