The center of the stem plot would have been located at median
Location of median is given by
`(n+1)/(2)`, where 'n' is the number of data.
Location of median =
`(20+1)/(2) = (21)/(2)=10.5^(th)` location

Start counting from the value of 05 on the stem plot, the 10.5th location is 21.5

Location of Q₁ = [n+1]÷4 = 21÷4 = 5.25 ≈ 6th
Location of Q₃ = 3[n+1]÷4 = 15.75 ≈ 16th
