What is Plato's opinion of tyranny as the way of governing a state ?

Plato believed that a state should be governed by a few oligarchs, who would be philosophers able to make decisions for the entire populations, including censoring the creative arts, as opposed to tyranny (however not that far from it) there wouldn't just be one individual tyrant in charge of decision making, the choice of leaders would be based upon them being philosophers, however this logic is failed as opinions differ on philosophy, therefore it would still in that way be undemocratic and tyrannical.
