No, it is not possible for two quantities to have the same units but different dimensions. The dimension describes the physical property of the quantity and may be expressed with several units. Every dimension has different units. Examples for dimensions are length, volume, weight...
So, if two quantities have the same unit, they must have the same dimension.
For example if the unit is meters, we can not use this unit to measure weight, but only dimension length.
