$7.47/3=$2.49 per yard

$2.49 x 2=$4.98 for 2 more yards

1. The extra fabric will cost Kenji $4.98.

2. I know this because...
- For 1 yard of fabric, it costs $2.49. (Equation: $7.47 ÷ 3 = $2.49)
- We will multiply $2.49 by 2 because he need 2 more yards of fabric. This will cost him $4.98 total. (Equation: $2.49 x 2 = $4.98)

3. So, our final answer is $4.98 for 2 extra yard of fabric.
