Does this set of ordered pairs represent a function why or why not? (-2,2), (-1,2), (3,-1), (3,1), (4-11)

No because you can not have the same x values. (3,-1) and (3,1) have a 3 in the x value, if u plot the points on a graph the points will be on top of each other. So this is not a function

It does not represent a function because there is more than one output with the number 2.
