1) Chill with the question marks, kiddo. You make it sound like it's life or death...which drew me in to answer the question in the first place.

2) This is the Inverse Additive Identity Property; I personally would just call it the Identity Property.

My reasoning: The sum or difference of any given number and zero that leads to the original number, is called the Identity Property. So 37 - 0 = 37 is the perfect example of this property
