( x_(1), y_(1) ) = (-3, 2)

( x_(2) , y_(2) ) = (9, -3)

The distance between two points

=
\sqrt{ ( x_(2) - x_(1)) ^(2) + ( y_(2) - y_(2)) ^(2) }

=
\sqrt{ (9 - (-3) )^(2) + (-3 -2)^(2) }

=
\sqrt{ (9 + 3)^(2) + (-3 -2)^(2) }

=
\sqrt{ (12)^(2) + (-5)^(2)}

=
√(144 + 25)

=
√(169)

= 13

Hence, the distance between the two points is 13.
