Hello, I think it was (7^3)^-2.

So, what do you have to do is multiply the exponents.

7^3*(-2) = 7^-6

Now, the rule says a^-x = 1/a^x

So 1/7^6

This means the answer is A.

1/(7×7×7×7×7×7)
