When we see the red circled exclamation mark in the summary grid, it shows errors. The error types are warning notification, information notification or opportunity notification. Warning notifications are related to undesired behavior, information notifications are related to additional details which are not related with delivery issues and opportunities for improvement indicated in opportunity notifications or errors.
