Exercise is activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness.
Hydration is the addition of water to a chemical molecule without hydrolysis. The process of providing an adequate amount of liquid to bodily tissues.
Hope this helps! :)

Well, quite literally the answer is already in the question. Exercise is the exertion of oneself to build and work up our physical ability. Adequate hydration is just making sure that you are drinking enough water, no matter in exercise or in your daily lives.
