you will distribute -5 to 21, making it positive
2/3x=26
you would then distribute 2/3 to 26 leaving us with
x=26/1(3/2)
X=13(3)
x=39

2/3 x - 5 = 21
2/3 x = 21 + 5 = 26
x = 26 / 2/3 = 26 * 3 /2 = 78/2 = 39
