for the function
ax^2 + bx + c
c /a = pq if p and q are the zeros of the function
for our function the zeroes are -p and -q so -p*-q = pq = c/1 = c
so the first choice is correct
also -q + -p = -b/a = -b
so b = -(-q-p) = p + q
so the last choice is true also.

Using the FOIL Method (First, Outer, Inner, Last) of multiplying binomials, C would be formed by the last numbers multiplied, or the "last" portion of "FOIL."
Thus, multiplying P and Q would give you C, and the answer is A.
