Given:

\begin{bmatrix}{-3} & {-4} \\ {6} & {5}\end{bmatrix}

Find-:

Find the determinant

Explanation-:

The formula of determinant is:

\begin{bmatrix}{a} & {b} \\ {c} & {d}\end{bmatrix}

Determinant is:

=(a* d)-(c* b)

So the determinant of given :

\begin{gathered} =\begin{bmatrix}{-3} & {-4} \\ {6} & {5}\end{bmatrix} \\ \\ =(-3)(5)-(-4)(6) \\ \\ =-15-(-24) \\ \\ =-15+24 \\ \\ =9 \end{gathered}

So the answer is:

(-3)(5)-(-4)(6)=9
