Answer:

Qin and Maurya

Step-by-step explanation:

The Qin dynasty was the shortest one in Chinese history. However, it was vital in the centralization of government and unification of China. The Qin created a centralized political power structure powered by a large militia and a stable economy. The Qin implemented an administrative government, and unified various cultural traits, such as the standardization of currency, writing systems, weights and measures.

The Maurya empire was an extensive empire in the Indian subcontinent. The empire under Chandragupta Maurya expanded trade and agriculture controlled by a central state. This also allowed for the development of efficient systems of finance, administration and security. Centralization increased under the government of Ashoka.
