A sample of an unknown liquid has a volume of 24.0 mL and a mass of 6 g. What is its density? Show your work or explain how you determined this value.

Ok let's set this up,

So to find density, you use: density= mass/volume.

Now you want to plug in your numbers: density= 6/24.

now you divide; 6 divided by 24= 0.25.
