62=2w+2l
120= 2(2w)+ 2(l+21)

120=4w+2l+42
78= 4w+2l
39=2w+l
39-2w=l

Use substitution
62=2w+2(39-2w)
62= 2w+78-4w
62= -2w+78
-16=-2w
8=w

Plug w in
62=2(8)+2l
62=16+2l
46=2l
23=l

Final answer: Width=8, Length=23
