let adults= a
chilgren=c
a/c=4/14
a=4c/14
total=360
a+c=360
putting value of a
4c/14+c=360
(4c+14c)/14=360
18c=360*14
c=360*14/18
c=20*14
c=280
so there are 280 childrens
