If you suspect someone of having hypothermia you should first 911 since the person has risks of death. If this is not possible warm the person up slowly, remove wet clothing (if applicable), bring them inside, give them warm liquids, do not immediately introduce the person to warm water as for this could cause the person an irregular heartbeat, warm the person up by putting warm clothes or blankets on them,
