For trans-1-ethyl-4-isopropylcyclohexane, which two chair conformations are in equilibrium?

On the picture provided only the C and D are the answer because two only of the chair conformation is in equilibrium. Equilibrium means a state where the opposing force or influence is a balance. The force is in balance because they insert an equal action for the opposing force.
