The consequences of the Agricultural revolution was that beer was a turning point in the adoption of agriculture. Farming paved a way for the emergence of civilization. Farming brought food surpluses, freeing some members of society from the need to produce food, enabling people to specialize in particular activities and crafts. This set humanity on its path to modern world. (Pg. 20)
