Complete the square to form a true equation. x^2−16x+​___=​(x−​__ ​)^2

x^2 - 16x + 64 =
(x - 8)(x - 8) =
(x - 8)^2

** see ur x term (-16x)....u take half of ur x term, which would be -8, then square it...(-8)^2 = 64...then add that to both sides. Then factor it.
