Two HS math questions with good points attached. Show / Explain Steps

Solve for C: V= C( 1 - (T/N) ) Must be a proper fraction

Solve for T: V= C( 1 - (T/N) ) Must be a proper fraction

V = C(1 - (T/N)).......for C ....multiply both sides by N
NV = CN - CT
NV = C(N - T) ...divide both sides by (N-T)
NV / (N - T) = C

V = C(1 - (T/N))...for T ...multiply both sides by N
NV = CN - CT ....subtract CN from both sides
NV - CN = - CT....divide both sides by -C
(NV - CN) / -C = T or (CN - NV)/ C = T
